SEM1401 and SEM1402 Loop Powered Trip Amplifiers
The SEM1401 and SEM1402 are loop powered trip amplifiers designed to accept a 4 to 20 mA signal from a transmitter and to provide a single trip output (SEM1401) or two individual trip outputs (SEM1402) sharing the same common. Utilizing the loop power means that no separate supply is required to power the trip alarms with resulting cost reductions and simplified wiring. The small size and mains line relay contacts make them the ideal choice for many trip alarm applications.

SEM1100 Powered Isolating Converter
The SEM1100 is a powered isolating converter that accepts most common high levelprocess signals (current and voltage), isolates them electrically and physically, and converts them to any other process signal. It is also possible to have voltage and current outputs simultaneously from a single input. The isolated is available in AC and DC powered versions.

SEM1200 Isolator
SEM1200 is an isolator that provides two isolated 4 to 20 mA output from a single 4 to 20 mA input. In modern control systems there are frequent requirements to send a coomon signal from a field transmitter to two different pieces of equipment e.g. a control system and a recorder. Because of earth loop effects or because the designer wants to ensure that any fault at the recorder has no effect on the control system, both signals should be isolated from each other. The SEM1200 is designed to satisfy this requirement.

SEM1300 DIN Rail Mounted Power Supply
The SEM1300 is a DIN rail mounted power supply that provides a regulated 24 Vdc output @ 250 mA from an AC supply ranging from 90 to 253 Vac, 50 to 60 Vdc. Ideally suited to powering 24 Vdc process instrumentation and signal conditioning modules, the small size of the SEM now enables many more units to be installed in a smaller space than was previously possible.
