Mobrey density capability
Mobrey's industrial densitometers are built to tackle the most difficult and demanding process and metering applications. Rugged and reliable with very low maintenance, they have become the industry standard for on-line density measurement.
Based on resonant frequency technology pioneered by ourselves, vibrating tube and fork sensors for pipes and tanks are designed to handle liquids and slurries, including highly aerated fluids. Vibrating cylinder sensors measure gas density and gas relative density (gas specific gravity).
7826 Long Stem Density Transducer
The 7826 Long Stem Density Transducer is one of the latest developments in Solartron Mobrey's highly respected family of vibrating fork sensors for liquid density measurement. Factory calibrated, the 7826 long stem density sensor is available in up to 4.0 metre lengths and is designed specifically for open or closed tank applications.
Solartron Mobrey 7828 Long Stem Density Transmitter
The 7828 Long Stem Density Transmitter is another recent development from Solartron Mobrey. This extended length version of our 7828 Insertion Density Transmitter is capable of measuring the density of a wide range of liquids up to a maximum viscosity of 20,000cP.
7826 Insertion Liquid Density Transducer
Where the high accuracy of the 7835/45/46/47 family of liquid densitometers is not required, Solartron Mobrey can offer the lower cost 7826 insertion liquid density transducer. Offered in a wide range of wetted parts, it can be used to measure most liquids and has been developed for applications requiring liquid density measurement in pipelines or tanks.
Solartron Mobrey 7828 Insertion Density Transmitter
The 7828 is an insertion density transmitter for tank and pipe applications and operates with fluid viscosities of up to 20,000cP. It is equipped with an on-node configured microprocessor-based electronics package which places full signal processing, calculation and diagnostic facilities within the transmitter itself.
Liquid Density Transducers - Type 7835/45/46/47
The 7835/45/46/47 family of liquid densitometers, feature a unique single straight-tube design. They are used in applications from high accuracy custody transfer measurement or crude oil and refined products to simple quality control applications such as % fat in milk.
